Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tipfall, operated by SOCOFEL LLC("Tipfall", "we"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our tipping and subscription service (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive your name, email, avatar, and provider account ID.
- Creator profile — display name, bio, avatar, links, and the verified channel(s) you connect (Twitch / Kick / YouTube) to publish your page.
- Payment & payout data — tip amounts, the payment method used (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or crypto), transaction identifiers, tip messages, and your payout destination (your connected PayPal email or crypto payout wallet). Payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe for cards/wallets and PayPal for payouts); we do not store full card numbers.
- Tax information — where required to pay you, we collect tax details (e.g. a Form W-9 for U.S. persons or Form W-8 for non-U.S. persons) to meet reporting obligations.
- Usage & analytics — basic, privacy-friendly traffic metrics (page views, referrer, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use client-side cookies or fingerprinting.
- Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your language/dashboard view. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
- operate the Service — process tips, credit creators, pay out;
- verify channel ownership and prevent impersonation/fraud;
- screen transactions and enforce our Terms and the law;
- provide support and send service-related notifications;
- understand and improve usage of the Service.
3. How we share information
We share information with: our payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) to process tips and payouts; the platforms you connect (Discord, Google, Twitch, Kick, YouTube) as needed to verify and deliver features; and authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect rights and safety. Your public creator page (handle, name, bio, avatar, links, supporter leaderboard, tip messages) is, by design, public. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account (see Contact).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us below.
6. International transfers & children
We may process and store data in countries other than yours. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
